PRODUCTION PROCEDURE

General Lead Time for Development & Production:

If you want to do business with us, please keep the following production

agenda in mind.

Development Time Table

        Total Time of Development from the first drawing to the final CFM samples:
                *  New Sole Unit: 14 to 17 weeks
                *  Existing Sole Unit: 12 to 16 weeks

        The detail time plan for Development is as follows:

        1.  From the first drawing to prototype samples:
            - 4 weeks for new sole unit
            - 2 or three weeks for existing sole unit

        2.  The First Correction:
            - It takes usually two or three weeks.
              (However, the correction time may vary according to difficulties of
               each correction requests from buyers)

        3.  The Second Correction:
            - It takes usually two weeks.

        4.  Sales Samples:
            - It takes four or six weeks after the second correction confirmed.

        5.  Final CFM Samples:
            - It takes two weeks after the sales samples confirmed.

The General Production Lead Time  Table

        1.  All Production in Korea:
            - 60 days for new initial orders with new toolings.
            - 30 days for repeat orders.

        2.  All Production in foreign bases:
            - 90 to 100 days for new initial orders with new toolings.
            - 50 to 60 days for repeat orders.

        3.  Upper Production in China & Assembling in Korea:
            - 70 to 80 days for new initial order with new toolings.
            - 60 days for repeat orders
